World Travel Solutions started as a two-desk office handling a single Greek work permit file. Eleven years later the method has not changed: assess honestly, document completely, file once. We have processed more than 3,900 applications, and every one of them was reviewed by a second case officer before submission.

What to Keep Ready
Every route has its own list, but these are the documents almost every file needs. Start collecting them before your first appointment and you will save weeks.
Financial
- Bank statements covering the required holding period
- Salary slips or income tax returns
- Education loan sanction letter if applicable
- Sponsor affidavit and relationship proof
Route-specific
- Work: contract, permit or certificate of sponsorship
- Study: offer letter, CAS or letter of acceptance
- English test scorecard where required
- Medical certificate and police clearance

Why Applications Actually Get Refused
- Funds deposited too late. A large transfer landing days before filing looks arranged. Money must sit for the full required period.
- Unexplained sponsor. If someone else funds you, the relationship and their income must both be documented.
- Course that does not fit the profile. A study plan unrelated to your background invites doubt about intent.
- Employer documents that do not verify. Unaccredited sponsors and unapproved permits fail at the first check.
- Undeclared history. A previous refusal or overstay that is hidden is far worse than one that is explained.

Guaranteed visas
No consultant decides your visa. Anyone guaranteeing approval is guaranteeing something they do not control.
Job offers for sale
A genuine employer does not charge you for a job. Paid offer letters are the most common scam in this industry.
No written fee sheet
If nobody will put the total cost in writing before you pay, assume the number is going to grow.
"Adjust" your documents
Any suggestion to alter a bank statement or experience letter is document fraud, and it carries long bans.

Three separate things make up the cost: government or embassy fees, third-party costs such as medicals, translations and English tests, and our professional fee. You get all three in writing after the free assessment, and the number does not change mid-process unless the government changes its own fee.
Study files usually run three to six months from shortlisting to visa. Work files depend on the permit or quota stage, which can be the longest part. Visa assistance files for Russia and Macao are usually the quickest. We give you a current estimate at the assessment.
No. UK and Canada study routes almost always need an approved English test. Some work routes accept alternative evidence, and assistance visas generally do not need one at all. We confirm the exact requirement before you book and pay for a test.
Yes. Bring everything that has been submitted so far, including any receipts and correspondence. We audit the file, tell you plainly what is wrong with it, and take over the remaining steps.
Yes. Around half our clients complete the entire process over video calls, WhatsApp and courier. Original documents are only needed at the biometrics or submission stage.
They stay with us, and they are never shared with third-party agents or sub-agents. Originals are returned to you once the application is submitted or the decision is collected.
